I practice the Reiki/Usui System of Natural Healing. I also use Astrology and the Tarot as spiritual counseling and self-awareness tools.

Reiki is universal life force energy. We can channel this loving intelligent energy and use it to bring balance and harmony to our bodies, minds, and spirits. The Reiki/Usui System of Natural Healing is a Japanese derived, non-invasive, hands-on healing system that can do no harm. A Reiki treatment always supports healing where it is needed most. I feel great joy in sharing this beautiful healing modality with those who are seeking wholeness.

In my healing practice, I draw upon the wisdom of Astrology and the Tarot. The insights that can be revealed through the use of these intuitive practices can bring more awareness to and deepen our healing journeys. The Tarot gives in-the-moment awareness of the shifting interplay of forces that dance in and around us. It is a wonderful tool that can guide us to greater self-awareness and help us to create wise healing actions in our day-to-day lives. Astrology is also a dynamic self-awareness tool that can help us connect to our deepest sense of self and help us to discover a more powerful sense of harmony and well-being.
